The Registrar's physical office will be closed on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, due to building maintenance. The Registrar's office staff will be working remotely. We will return for normal office hours on Thursday, December 11, 2025.

Fall 2025 Final Exams
The Final Exam period is from December 14-19, 2025. The exam period ends at 12:30 on Friday, December 19, 2025.
At 51°µÍø final work can take several forms: Scheduled, Self-Scheduled, or Take-home Exams, or Paper/Project in lieu of an exam. Check with your instructors about what kind of final work they have assigned for this exam period.

Transfer Credit Information
The Registrar's Office evaluates transcripts from other colleges and universities and test scores for transfer credit according to 51°µÍø's transfer credit policy.

We maintain the permanent academic records of all students. The Registrar's Office complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) and maintains student privacy requests.
